Koki - Sindhi Special

Onion Paratha (Koki): Sindhi Special - My Fav. 

Serves for 4

Ingredients:

1 Bowl Whole Wheat Flour
1 Onion
1 Green Chilly
1 Tsp Jeera
2 Tbsp Pure Ghee or Oil
Salt to taste
Few Coriander leaves

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients and make a dough. Keep it for 30 minutes.
Then roll into thick round shape and cook on pan on slim flame till it becomes crispy.
While the paratha is cooking add a little ghee or oil.

Serve it hot with either yoghurt, pickle or papad.
